01 / THE BRIEF
Building A Bigger World
The campaign needed to feel like a fully populated office ecosystem (and a little bit like a zoo): rows of cubicles, repeating workers, parrots perched on nearly every shoulder, and a bear moving through the space as if it belonged there. We started with a practical office location and a limited number of talent, then expanded the world through a hybrid production pipeline combining live action, AI-generated animals and performers, matte painting, 3D, compositing, color, and finishing. The goal was not to make the AI visible. It was to make the impossible feel photographed.

Shot For Real, Expanded In Post
Using AI alongside traditional VFX, we extended hallways, workstations, and architectural details to create the feeling of a fully occupied corporate campus. Every extension was designed to match the perspective, lighting, and production design of the original photography. The result is an environment that feels significantly larger than what was physically built without revealing where the practical set ends and the digital work begins.

Animals The Camera Had To Believe
For the parrots, we captured on-set reference of a real macaw to study color, feather detail, posture, scale, and movement. For the bear, we developed character references that established anatomy, fur, expression, and physical presence. Those references helped us generate animals that could hold up across multiple shots, lighting conditions, camera angles, and interactions with the live-action performers.

A Hybrid Workflow From Shoot To Finish
This wasn't about replacing production. It was about building a smarter production model around it; combining live action, AI, visual effects, and finishing into a single creative pipeline. AI was used where it created the most value: integrating digital animals, expanding crowds, and extending environments beyond what was practical to build. Every shot remained grounded in traditional filmmaking, with the final campaign shaped by artists across production, post-production, and finishing.
